Job Description:
We are hiring an IT Support Executive to maintain our office’s IT infrastructure, assist users with technical issues, and ensure cybersecurity best practices across systems.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Support network and system maintenance.
- Perform data backups and routine checks.
- Set up new users and manage access control.
- Ensure antivirus and firewalls are up to date.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Experience with Windows/Mac support and networking.
- Familiarity with UAE’s IT compliance requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly.
