Job Description:
We are hiring experienced and passionate Insurance Sales Agents to drive our sales operations across the UAE. The candidate will identify potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and offer personalized policy recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Promote life, motor, medical, and general insurance products.
- Conduct client meetings and provide policy consultations.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on insurance regulations and product updates.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of insurance sales experience preferred.
- UAE market knowledge is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
