Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We’re seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to provide top-tier support to our policyholders. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries and support requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Support with policy renewals, claim updates, and document requests.
  • Maintain accurate logs in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferably in insurance).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
