Job Description:
We’re seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to provide top-tier support to our policyholders. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries and support requests.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails.
- Resolve customer issues promptly.
- Support with policy renewals, claim updates, and document requests.
- Maintain accurate logs in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferably in insurance).
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
