Claim Officer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Claims Officer to manage and process insurance claims efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure fair claim resolutions in compliance with UAE insurance regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and investigate claim files.
  • Communicate with clients, assessors, and hospitals (for medical claims).
  • Prepare claim reports and make recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with claim processing timelines.
  • Maintain digital records of claims.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance claims.
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills.
  • Familiar with UAE insurance rules.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
